摘要: 区域人地系统中各子系统间的耦合是实现区域可持续发展的基本条件。可以通过系统调控来实现各子系统间的耦合。在区域人地系统中,区域经济子系统处于各子系统间相互作用的焦点,因而是系统调控的重点。指出了区域经济子系统与区域资源子系统、区域环境子系统之间耦合的途径。以“可持续发展”概念为基础,分析了烟台市的资源与环境特点,认为在可持续发展目标下,该市经济应以大力发展轻工业、海产品养殖业、果品种植业和商贸旅游业为主,以适应该市的资源、环境特点。为控制烟台市的水环境污染,应注意优化造纸企业的布局和在乡镇企业中全面推行清洁生产技术。

Abstract: The coupling of sub-systems in regional man-land system realized through system adjustment is an essential condition for regional sustainable development. Regional economic sub-system is the focus of system adjustment as they play an importent role in regional man-land system. The approaches to the couple of regional economy, regional resource and regional environment are discussed. Based on the concept of sustainable development, the writers analyze the features of the resource and environment in Yantai city, which is proper for developing light industry, marine aquaculture, fruit plant agriculture and business, trade and tourism. By the way, the writers propose that it is necessary to optimize the distribution of paper mills and to pursue sanitary production technology in all township factories in order to control the water pollution in Yantai city.
