摘要: 采用电热原子化激光共振电离飞行时间质谱仪(ETALRI-TOFMS)首次实现了对土壤中气相金地质样品的超痕量测量,用中子活化技术进行随机抽样检查,测量结果一致。样品的绝对检出限达到10-13g,同时也对谱仪进行了自检研究。

Abstract: Application of ETALRI-TOFMS(electric thermal atomization laser resonance ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry) in determination of gaseous gold in soil are presented. The data are in good agreement with that obtained with neutron active by random sampling. Selftest and discussion of RIS contained.
