感知求职进展对求职行为的影响:积极情绪的中介作用

摘要: 针对大学毕业生这一群体, 利用295个毕业生的样本点, 分两个时间点进行数据收集, 并采用分层回归进行中介作用分析, 对求职行为的影响机制中的情绪这一路径进行研究。结果显示: 求职积极情绪对下一期求职行为存在着显著预测作用, 并且求职积极情绪在感知求职进展和求职行为之间起到完全中介作用。这一结果强调了情绪在求职过程中的核心作用。最后对大学毕业生和就业指导人员提出了建议。

Abstract: The study concentrated on the path of emotion in job search process. Data was collected in two waves among 295 university graduates. Hierarchical regression analysis show that job search emotion is a fully mediator in the relationship between perceived job search progress and job search activities. This result emphasizes on the role of emotion in the job search process. The authors bring forward some suggestions to college graduate students and employment guidance personnel.
