碳化树木的微结构特征研究

Researching on the Characteristics of Microstructures of Carbonated Tree

摘要: 对浙江温岭火山角砾岩中的碳化树木进行了高分辨电子显微镜、X粉晶衍射和激光拉曼光谱研究。高分辨电子显微像表明火山角砾岩中的碳化树木相当于微柱石墨—柔绉石墨过渡阶段。碳化树木的一级拉曼光谱D峰波数在1359.7~1369.2cm-1之间,O峰波数在1594.5~1603.4cm-1之间。根据峰面积比AD/(AD+AO)计算得出其La在7.6~11.8nm之间,与高分辨电子显微像观察结果一致。

Abstract: The carbonated tree in volcanic breccia has been studied through high resolution transmission electronic microscopy (HRTEM), X-ray powder diffraction and laser Raman spectroscopy. The HRTEM imagine shows that it was the product of transition from micro-column to flexible crape graphite. The D-peak position is 1359.7~1369.2cm-1. The O-peak position is 1601.5~1603.4cm-1. Its second Raman spectroscopy reflect its crystallinity and the peak area ratio AD/(AD+AO) reflects the crystal size (La). The estimated Laof carbonated tree in volcanic tree is 7.6~11.8nm.
