摘要: 以牛血清白蛋白-丁草胺免疫抗原免疫家兔获得了抗丁草胺多克隆抗体,并建立了竞争酶联免疫吸附检测丁草胺(除草剂中的一种主要成分)分析方法。该方法的检测范围在1×10-9~100×10-9mg/mL之间,且和化学结构相似的甲草胺和乙草胺无交叉反应。该方法也可用于检测稻田水样中丁草胺的含量。

Abstract: Polyclonal antibody to butachlor was prepared from rabbits immunized with butachlor-BSA conjugate, and a competitive ELISA was developed for the detection of the butachlor (a major component in a herbicide) within the range of 1×10-9~100×10-9mg/mL without cross reactions with the structurally similar chloroacetanilide herbicides, alachlor and acetochlor. This method could also be used to monitor the butachlor concentration of water samples from rice field.
