摘要： 对以q(立方部分有界)为公差的算术级数中的最小素数P(a, q)，证明了：P(a, q)<<q^4.5。

Abstract: It is proved that the least prime in an arithmetic progression with difference q(has bounded cubic part) is <<q^4.5.
