摘要: 用TbCl3,二乙三胺五乙酸二酸酐(简写为DTPAA)和对-氨基水杨酸的钠盐(简写为pAS-Na)在水溶液中制得Tb3+的三元配合物,通过紫外可见光谱和荧光光谱验证了此三元配合物的存在;用DTPAA与pAS-Na制得的含氮多羧基配体DTPA-pAS和DTPA-2pAS分别与TbCl3溶液制得了2种二元配合物。研究了此3种配合物在水溶液中的荧光性质,考察了浓度、pH值、La3+离子等对三元配合物荧光性质的影响,并且探索了用三元配合物作为荧光免疫标记示踪物的可能性。

Abstract: The Tb3+ mixed ligand complex was prepared using Tb3+, DTPAA and pAS-Na in aqueous solution, and its existence was proved by UV and fluorescence spectra. The influence of concentration, pH value and La3+ on fluorescence emission strength of the complex was studied. The reaction of DTPAA with pAS-Na can give DTPA-pAS and DTPA-2pAS. Their Tb3+ complexes were obtained via the reactions of Tb3+ with DTPA-pAS and DTPA-2pAS in aqueous solution, respectively. The fluorescence properties of the Tb3+ complexes were studied. The possibility for application of the Tb3+ mixed ligand complex in labeling for human serum albumin(HSA) is tested.
