Electrocatalytic Study of DA at FcCOOH/Nafion Chemically Modified Electrode

摘要: 研究了涂布法制备的FcCOOH/Nafion在LiClO4和甘氨酸底液中,0.0~0.8V(vs. SCE)电位范围内均可呈现FcCOOH的氧化还原峰。FcCOOH/Nafion聚合物薄膜修饰电极对水溶液中的多巴胺(DA)在pH 2.0~4.0范围内均有良好的电催化作用。利用旋转圆盘电极进行了催化过程动力学分析,求出了催化反应动力学参数。修饰电极的稳定性和催化稳定性都较好,在DA的浓度为2.0×10-5~1.5×10-3mol/L 的范围内,催化峰电流与DA的浓度呈良好的线性关系,有应用于分析DA的意义。

Abstract: Electrochemical behavior of FcCOOH/Nafion chemically modified electrodes has been studied in an aqueous solution. When scanning between 0.0~0.8V(vs. SCE), experiments indicate that the chemically modified electrode have good stability and reproducibility. It is found that the chemically modified electrodes have electrocatalytic activity to dopamine in the medium of 0.1mol/L LiClO4 and 0.5mol/L glycine. The linear range for determining DA is 2.0×10-5~1.5×10-3mol/L and the correlation coefficient is 0.997. The apparent rate constant electrocataly-tically is evaluated by means of rotating disk electrode.
