摘要: 通过RT-PCR方法,从129小鼠脑组织中克隆到CgA基因cDNA 5′端部分片段,序列分析结果表明,所克隆到的片段序列与文献中完全一致。以此片段为探针,从129小鼠基因组库中筛选获得阳性噬菌体1-1,克隆了CgA基因,并与文献中的小鼠CgA基因限制性内切酶图谱进行了比较分析。

Abstract: A 129 mouse chromogranin A cDNA 5' fragment was cloned by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method, using 129 mouse brain tissues as starting materials. The DNA sequence of the cloned RT-PCR product was analyzed, and it was shown that the sequence was the same as in the reference. A positive phage plaque was obtained from a 129 mouse genomic library by using the cloned fragment as probe. The restriction map of the cloned 129 CgA gene was analyzed and compared with that in the reference.
