摘要: 由2'-氨基查尔酮合成了6个2-芳基-1,2,3,4-四氢-4-喹喏酮,其中4个是新化合物。它们未能直接制成烯醇硅醚。但是它们的N-酰基衍生物在对甲基苯磺酸催化下,与N,N-二甲基三甲硅胺反应顺利地生成相应的四氢喹喏酮的烯醇硅醚,收率90%~98%。

Abstract: 1-Benzene-sulfonyl-2-aryl-1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydro-4-quinolones were treated with N, N-Dimethyltrimethylsilylamine (Me3SiNMe2), catalyzed by trace amount of TsOH, to give trimethylsilyl enol ethers of the azaflavanones in high yield (90%-98%). The 1-acetyl analogues could also be converted to their corresponding enol ethers. The structural assignments were based on elemental analysis and spectral data (1H-NMR, MS, IR).
