摘要: 以曼氏血吸虫28kDa谷胱甘肽S-转移酶的有效抗原肽P141为先导肽,通过分别改变在结构上、Chou-Fasman构象参数上和亲水性上相似的氨基酸残基设计并合成了4个类似物,通过ELISA法测定了它们对血吸虫表膜抗原多克隆抗体的抗原性,通过类似物与P141的活性比较讨论了构效关系。

Abstract: Four analogs of effective antigenic peptide P141 of 28kDa glutathione S-transferase of schistosoma mansoni have been designed according to similarity of the amino acid residues in the structure, Chou-Fasman's secondary structural parameters Pα, Pβ and Pt values and hydrophilicity of amino acid residues, respectively. They were synthesized by using solid phase method and their antigenicities were assayed by ELISA method with anti-schistosomal polyclonal antibodies to surface membrane antigen. The structure-activity relationship of P141 and its analogs was discussed.
