摘要: 分析了唐山市城市岩溶地面塌陷灾害产生的原因,探讨了岩溶塌陷宏观减灾对策,通过优化开采地下水资源的管理方案来调整塌陷危险区中的地下水流场,使之形成最不利于发生塌陷的地下水状态,以达到在宏观上产生岩溶塌陷灾害可能性最小的目标。针对具有承压-无压水特征的非线性多含水层系统提出了水资源管理的分体模型方法和双重迭代求解技术。以岩溶塌陷宏观减灾为目的,提出了优化控制地下水流场的水资源管理方案,为唐山市城市规划提供了科学依据。

Abstract: This paper discusses the possible reasons that cause the karst land collapse hazard in the urban region of Tangshan city, China. Karst land collapse is a human induced geological hazard.Among the factors that count in collapse, only the factor of ground water state can be artificially controlled. Therefore, the remedial strategy in macroscopic sense lies on the optimal management of ground water: by optimal control of ground water state in the areas that have the danger of collapse, to make the possibility of collapse hazard reduce to its minimum in overall scale. A method of optimal ground water management for a non-linear multi-layer system with ground water confined- and unconfined interchange properties is presented. An applicable water programming plan for the purpose of collapse hazard reduction in Tangshan is proposed.
