摘要: 利用外源GA3和乙烯利处理黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)植株,使性别表达雄性化或雌性化的同时,其内源乙烯的释放量、ACC,GA1-3和脱落酸的含量,以及乙烯形成酶活性均发生了变化。外源GA3雄性化处理,使内源GA1-3含量和GA1-3/脱落酸值增加,乙烯释放量和ACC含量降低。乙烯利雌性化处理的作用则相反。外源的GA3和乙烯利对内源ACC水平的影响可能是其对黄瓜性别表达作用的生理学原因。

Abstract: After the induction toward maleness or femaleness of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) plant with exogenous GA3 or ethrel treatments, the endogenous levels of ethylene, ACC, GA1-3, ABA and EFE activity all changed. As the induction toward maleness with GA3, the endogenous level of GA1-3 and GA1-3/ABA increased while the levels of ACC and ABA decreased. The effects of induction toward femaleness with ethrel were just the opposite. The effects ofexogenous of GA3 or ethrel on the levels of ACC seem to be the physiological cause of sex shift of cucumber plant.
