摘要: 利用螯(络)合物分解法制备了ZnO微粉,选用的螯(络)合剂有氢氧化铵、乙二胺四乙酸二钠和巯基丙氨酸。实验结果表明,由于Zn-NH3络离子的稳定常数小,所得ZnO粒子直径大,而当络离子的稳定常数适当时可得到纳米级微粉粒子。

Abstract: The zinc oxide powders have been prepared by decomposition of zinc ammine and zinc chelates. The NH4OH as complexing agent and the ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt, L-Cysteine as chelating agent were used. The experimental results show that the nanometresize ZnO powders were obtained when the metal chelates have a medium stability constant.
