A Novel C60-Containing Electrical Switching Thin Film

摘要: 利用真空双源同时蒸发法制备了新型C60-1,4-b is(-1,1-dicyanovinyl) benzene(BDCB)复合薄膜。用高分辨扫描电镜和X-射线衍射仪分析了BDCB-C60复合薄膜的表面形貌和结构特性,结果表明BDCB-C60复合薄膜是一种不同于纯C60薄膜和纯BDCB薄膜的结构相。Ag/BDCB-C60/Ag的三明治型结构具有电学双稳态现象和记忆特性。

Abstract: A novel complex thin film has been prepared by vacuum coevaporation of 1, 4-bis(-1,1-dicyanoviny1)benzene (BDCB) and C60 . Surface morphology and structure of the complex BDCB-C60 thin film are considerably different fromthose of both BDCB and C60 film, as revealed by high resolution scanningelectron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. Sandwiched device Ag/BDCB-C60/Ag has shown electrical field-controlled bistable electronic switching and memorybehaviors.
