摘要: 研究了多巴酚丁胺与对苯醌和四氯苯醌间的荷移反应。多巴酚丁胺与对苯醌和四氯苯醌间的反应均在乙醇介质中进行。络合物的最大吸收波长分别为500nm和472nm;表观摩尔吸光系数分别为1.81×104L·mol-1·cm-1和4.22×104L·mol-1·cm-1。用拟定的方法测定多巴酚丁胺制剂含量,获得满意结果。

Abstract: The charge transfer interactions of dobutamine with p-benzoquinone and chloranil were investigated in ethanol medium, the reactions of Dobutamine with p-benzoquinone and chloranil are complete. The products have maximum absorption at 500 nm and 472 nm, respectively. The apparent molar absorptivities are 1.81×104 for p-penzoquinone and 4.22×104 for chloranil. The method proposed on the basis of the above results was applied to the determination of Dobutamine injection and the results were satisfatory.
