Abstract: A method for generating stylized rendering image from triangle mesh models is presented based on feature strokes. First, the segmentation standard function and energy function based on radial curvature is defined. Second the feature vertices on 3D model are segmented automatically by graph cuts algorithm with energy minimization. Feature vertices are connected to form feature strokes. Texture mapping technique is used to produce stylized image. There are two different texture coordinates computation strategies which can produce different styles. The styles of feature strokes can be controlled easily.

摘要: 提出一个基于特征笔画的三维模型风格化绘制方法,能够在风格化绘制的同时,很好地描述三维模型的表面特征。首先定义了基于顶点径向曲率的分割标准函数和能量函数,采用能量最小化的Graph Cuts算法将三维模型表面的特征顶点和非特征顶点进行分割,连接特征顶点构成三维模型的特征笔画。在获取特征笔画后,采用纹理映射的方法生成风格化绘制效果。还提出两种纹理坐标的计算策略,可分别用于生成不同的风格化绘制结果。相比已有的方法,本方法能很好的表现模型的特征,且生成的笔画风格易于控制。
