宽带卫星接入网星上控制预测MAC协议研究

Abstract: The multiple access control (MAC) protocol in broadband satellite access network is investigated. A novel combined dynamic allocation multi-access scheme is proposed, which is based on the chaotic prediction of self-similar traffic. The OPNET simulation system is developed for comparing the performance of different schemes. Simulation results indicate that the novel scheme has better performance when the traffic data exhibit self-similarity. The superiority of centralized access control with satellite onboard processing (OBP) is also proved.

摘要: 对宽带卫星接入网的多址接入控制(MAC)协议进行了研究,提出了一种基于自相似业务流量混沌预测的新型混合动态分配多址接入方案。利用OPNET软件建立了仿真系统,用于比较不同方案的性能。仿真结果表明,在业务流具有自相似特征的前提下,所提出方案具有更优越的性能。同时还证明了通过星上处理实现集中式接入控制的优势。
