Reduction of Amino Acids Containing Hydroxy Side Chain to β-Amino Alcohol and Preparation of Their Peptide Alcohol

Abstract: A convenient reduction of threonine and serine without protection of their hydroxy group to threoninol and serinol was reported. Preparation of peptide alcohol containing c-threoninol and serinol by using a new organophosphorus compound DEPBT as coupling reagent was also studied and discussed.

摘要: 用一种未见文献报道的简便方法,将侧链羟基不保护的苏氨酸,丝氨酸还原制备了苏氨醇,丝氨醇。并用新型的有机磷缩合试剂DEPBT成功地合成了C-端为苏氨醇,丝氨醇的二肽醇和四肽醇。
