摘要: 从库的排列和组合技巧得到活性化合物的结构信息,应用编码技术标记库化合物的结构以及对活性化合物直接进行结构分析。阐述了组合库的筛选及其在新药应用领域的研究进展。简要介绍了作者在组合化学方面所做的研究工作。

Abstract: How to determine the structures of active compounds in combinatorial libraries quickly and efficiently is a challenge that combinatorial chemists must face since the beginning of combinatorial chemistry. It is the foundation of high throughput screening. The article reviews the progress that combinatorial chemists have made in recent years. The first part discusses that the structures of active compounds can be determined through permutation and combination of the libraries; The second part is about the different techniques of encoded libraries; In the third part, some methods of analysis the active compounds directly are discussed; At last the efforts we have made in the field of combinatorial chemistry are introduced.
