摘要： 使用RELAX3D程序第一次求解了RFQ加速器电极末端空间的电位分布形式，并探讨了运用插值法求解任意一点电位的方法。

Abstract: RFQ accelerator ending space voltage distribution is calculated by using the RELAX3D software for the first time. Discussion about the method for calculating the voltage of any point with interpolation is presented.
