摘要: 报道了实验研究外加电场影响Al2O3超微晶粒近红外光透射特性的结果。得到高电场区波长870nm处透射光强相对变化量随外加电场线性增加。

Abstract: The experimental results of the external electric field dependence of near infrared transmission spectrum in Al2O3 ultrafine crystals are reported. It was found that the relative transmission change at 870 nm increases linearly with the applied electric field at high fields.
