大学校园食堂低碳绩效研究——以北京大学康博斯食堂为例

Abstract:

The study uses the ecological footprint method to evaluate carbon emissions from campus’s daily food on the canteen. The result shows a high carbon emissions generate. In order to keep the sustainable development and the green campus, using local resource for example, produce from farmers in the community can reduce carbon emissions output. The authors advise some strategy to reduce the footprints and get to more sustainable. Key words campus canteen; ecological footprint; performance of low carbon; eco-label; Peking Univesity

摘要:

用生态足迹量化方法评估校园食堂饮食产生的碳足迹, 研究结果说明校园食堂产生可观的碳足迹排放量。提出用生态标签标明校园使用者饮食足迹的排放量, 以减少食物浪费和不必要的食物需求, 并对食材碳排放的结构进行调整, 全面减少碳排放, 以达到构建绿色生态校园的发展目标。
