Abstract: The authors discuss how to establish a system to administrate the science-technology research results and make it useful and helpful to facilitate the application of science-technology research results, which is in harmony with market economy. The authors also discuss how people can put into practice the pattern of administrating the science-technology research results adopted by U.S. universities and how to administrate the technology transfer in the market economy. In addition, the authors discuss the technology transfer from the perspectives of the evaluation, registration and secrecy of the science-technology research results, the application of the patent, and the protection of intelligence property.

摘要： 探索研究型大学建立一种适合其自身发展特点、促进科技成果转化、与市场经济相协调的一体化的科技成果管理体制，借鉴美国研究型大学科技成果管理模式，管理重心以市场为导向的技术转移，科技成果的评价、登记、保密、专利的申请、知识产权保护贯穿于技术转移的整个过程。
