Abstract: According to the feature of ST-OFDM system, we proposed an efficient CFO estimation algorithm, which focus on the IFO estimation algorithm. Compared to the conventional algorithm, this novel algorithm can solve the problem that the wide acquisition range/low probability of failure conflicts with low complexity. The simulation results indicate under multi-path channel for low SNR, the new algorithm has lower probability of failure than the conventional algorithm by adopting proper training symbols. When the probability of failure is needed to be lower and the acquisition range is needed to be wider, the gain of proposed algorithm will be larger.

摘要: 针对ST-OFDM系统的特点,提出了一种有效的CFO算法,并重点探讨了其中的IFO估计部分。与现有的OFDM系统中CFO算法相比,该算法解决了估计范围、错检概率与算法复杂度间相互制约的问题。仿真结果表明,在低信噪比的多径信道下,该算法可通过选择合适的训练符号,使错检概率低于常规算法。在要求低错检概率或大范围的IFO估计时,该算法更能体现出明显的优越性。
