Abstract: The study of the determination method of dimethyl sulfide (DMS)in sea water is presented in the article. Sample treatment,sample storage, the cold trap temperature and the gas chromatography analysis method is discussed. The detection limit is 0.5 ng DMS. Precision is 7%. Concentrations of DMS in sea water near Qingdao in March, May, and October 1996 are also presented.

摘要： 研究了海水中二甲基硫(dimethyl sulfide, 简称DMS)的测定方法。对样品处理、样品保存、浓缩吸附冷阱温度及气相色谱分析方法进行了讨论。本方法的精密度约为7%，最小检测量为0.5ng DMS。给出了1996年3月、5月、10月青岛近海海水中二甲基硫的实测结果。
