快原子轰击下NaCl, LiCl水溶液浓度对乙酰化松三糖质谱碎裂影响的研究

Abstract: The dependence of the relative intensity of cationic molecule and fragmentation ion of an acetylated melezitose on the concentration of Na+ or Li+ in the matrix was studied by using fast atom bombardment source. It implies that the mass spectrum with complete structural information can be observed in a proper range of the concentration of Na+ or Li+.

摘要: 利用快原子轰击源研究了乙酰化松三糖的阳离子化分子和碎片离子的相对强度随底物中Na+或Li+浓度变化的趋势。表明在适当的Na+或Li+浓度下,可得到结构信息较全面的质谱图。
