Abstract: The charge-transfer complex(CTC) of chloranil with Amrinone was studied in detail by spectrophotometry. A new method for the determination of Amrinone has been established. The determinations were carried out in ethanol solution at 409nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0-40mg/L. The apparent molar absorptivity was 5.86×103L·mol-1·cm-1. The composition is 1:1. The proposed method was applied to determination of Amrinone in pharmaceutical preparations and satisfactory result was obtained.

摘要: 用分光光度法研究了氨吡酮与四氯苯醌之间的荷移反应,确立了反应的最佳条件。在乙醇介质中,氨吡酮与四氯苯醌形成1∶1络合物,其λmax=409nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.86×103L·mol-1·cm-1。氨吡酮含量在40mg/L范围内呈线性关系,工作曲线回归方程为A=0.00720+0.03095c,相关系数r=0.9998。方法重现性好,重复实验相对标准偏差小于2%。应用拟定方法测定药物制剂中氨吡酮含量与卫生部标准方法测定结果一致,回收率可达99%以上。
