Abstract: The oligosaccharide obtained from the pollen of Papaver Somniferum is composed of D-glucose. Methylation analysis, FAB-MS, IR and NMR spectroscopy of the oligosaccharide indicated it to be a tetra-α-glucan which has a branched structure involving one (1→3),one (1→3, 6) and two non-reducing terminal D-glucopyranosyl residues.

摘要： 从罂粟花粉中提取纯化得到一种寡糖成分，经纸层析，气相色谱，快原子轰击质谱，核磁共振和 甲基化分析证明该寡糖为(1→3，1→6)-α-Ｄ-葡萄四糖。
