The Synthesis and 2D NMR of Bis (2, 3, 3, 3-tertrachloropropyl) Ether

Abstract: Bis (2, 3, 3, 3-tetrachloropropyl) ether was prepared with two different ways. The structure was determined by using NMR, IR, MS and element analysis. 2D NMR was used to illustrate the complex spectrum of1 H NMR. It was found that the 1H NMR consists of two AMX systems and that the complexity of the spectrum of 1H NMR and 13C NMR is ascribed to the effect of the two chiral atoms and the blockage of the two trichloromethyl groups in the molecule.

摘要: 八氯二丙醚由三氯乙烯和氯甲醚或甲醛制备。产物的结构由1H NMR,13C NMR,DEPT谱、二维核磁13C-1H相关谱,COSY谱、质谱、红外谱和元素分析确定。用二维核磁谱对1HNMR谱图解析表明,氢谱为2个三旋AMX系统,与分子中存在2个不对称碳原子和体积较大的三氯甲基有关。该谱图在二级图谱中有一定代表性。
