Finite Element Analysis during Welding

焊接过程有限元分析

Abstract: Based on a simple model, a variety of key issues during the welding simulation were studied about moving heat, latent heat, material parameters. Using finite element software, the authors analyzed the welding temperature field, residual stress field. Results obtained by theoretical analysis agreed with experimental validation. Especially the method that the temperature field was calculated firstly and then structural field was calculated by the indirect method, reduced the nonlinear of the analysis, and improved the computation efficiency greatly. The characteristics performed significantly in the complex model.

摘要: 从简单模型出发, 研究焊接模拟中移动热源、相变潜热、材料特性参数、焊缝的依次生成等问题的处理方法。利用有限元软件对焊接过程的温度场、残余应力场进行了分析,计算结果与理论分析一致。其中用到的先计算温度场, 再用间接法计算结构场的方法,减少了分析的非线性, 极大地提高了计算效率, 该方法在复杂模型中表现更加显著。
