以MnCl2为催化剂前体用CVD法合成碳纳米管

Abstract: Carbon nanotubes were synthesized through a chemical vapor deposition method using MnCl2 as catalytic precursor. The products were characterized by electron microscope and energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer. The conditions for successful synthesis of carbon nanotubes were studied.

摘要: 以MnCl2为催化剂前体,利用化学气相沉积法合成出了碳纳米管,利用电子显微镜和能量色散X射线谱对样品进行了表征,系统研究了碳纳米管生成的条件。
