Abstract: The author described the theory of static headspace gas chromatography by determination of methanol, chloroform, n-hexane and p-xylene in water. Effect of distribution constant and gas-liquid phase ratio on sensitivity of static headspace gas chromatography was discussed. The results show that effect of these factors on the sensitivity of static headspace gas chromatography is varied significantly with various compounds.

摘要: 通过测定水中甲醇、氯仿、正己烷和对-二甲苯,系统讨论了分配常数、气液相比、温度和无机盐等对顶空分析灵敏度的影响。结果表明这些因素对不同组分顶空分析灵敏度的影响有显著差异。结果对水中挥发性有机物的顶空分析有重要意义。
