DNA与水溶性C60衍生物的相互作用

Abstract: The interaction of ds DNA with a water-soluble C60 derivative was studied using surface electrochemistry of DNA modified electrode and UV-Vis spectroscopy. It was found that the absorbed band of C60 shifted positively in company with the hypochromic effect. Co(phen)32+ was used as indicator to study the interaction. The results show that this kind of C60 derivative can interact strongly with ds DNA, the bind site is the major groove of helix.

摘要: 发展了一种新的研究方法,即DNA修饰金电极表面电化学方法,结合紫外光谱研究了一种水溶性C60衍生物——C60乙醇胺加成物与ds DNA的相互作用。结果表明,富勒烯衍生物是以DNA双螺旋的大沟为作用靶点的。
