Abstract: The size of TiO2, SnO2 and CuCl nanoclusters are determined using the transmission electron microscopy and the X-ray diffraction spectrum. The measured results are analyzed comparably.

摘要: 报道了用透射电子显微镜和X-光衍射仪测定TiO2、SnO2和 CuCl 纳米晶簇尺寸,并加以对比分析的实验结果。
