纳米CuCl晶簇室温光吸收谱

Abstract: The optical absorption spetra of average size 4.2 nm CuCl clusters in near ultra violet and visible regions are determined at room temperature. The optical absorption spectra in two samples irradiated by He-Ne laser beam are also shown. A sharp peak with the width of 0.62 meV in an absorption spectrum of CuCl nanoclusters irradiated by laser beam is observed at 3.187 eV.

摘要: 实验测定了平均尺寸4.2nm CuCl晶簇的室温近紫外和可见光吸收谱线,给出了He-Ne激光束辐照下的光吸收谱线,在3.187eV处有一个宽度0.62meV的吸收尖峰。
