荔枝香气化学成分的研究

Abstract: The volatile constituents of Litchi have been investigated bythe combined technique of gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. 34 components were identified and confirmed. From them the compounds containing oxygen are more than 80%.

摘要: 用冷冻捕集法收集到荔枝头香水溶液,通过AmberiteXAD系列的吸附树脂富集到有一定浓度的头香样品,用色谱-质谱联用技术检定出34种化学组分,其中80%以上是含氧化合物。
