Abstract: Authors have used elevenL-amino acid eaters and L-, D-α-methylbenzyl amine as chiral auxiliaries to react with racimic ketorolac. Then authors got optical amides. The diastereoisomeric mixture were separated by column-chroatography on silica gel. The results of separation depend on the structure of R1 and R2 on the chiral auxiliaries.

摘要: 以11个氨基酸酯以及L和D-α苯乙胺作为手性辅基,与外消旋酮咯酸生成一对光学活性的酰胺衍生物,再用简单易行的柱层析方法分离其非对映异构体。实验表明,分离效果与手性辅基上R1和R2基团的相对大小有密切关系。
