Abstract: Dye-sensitized TiO2 photocatalysts using perylene diimide( ab. TiO2 /PTCDI ) and co-sensitized using Perylenediimide( PTCDI) and copper phthalocyanine ( CuPc) ( ab. ( TiO2 / PTCDI) -CuPc) as sensitizing compound were prepared by hydrothermal method. The crystalline structure and surface properties of the samples were characterized by XRD, TEM and UV-Vis spectra. The photocatalytic degradation of RhB under visible light illumination was used as the model reaction to investigate the photocatalytic activities of dye-sensitized TiO2 samples. The results show that the photocatalytic activity of co-sensitized photocatalyst ( TiO2 / PTCDI) -CuPc was higher than that of TiO2 and TiO2 / PTCDI, by the extent of 223% and 113% , respectively. According to the band theory, the electron transfer processes and photocatalytic degradation mechanism of TiO2 /PTCDI and ( TiO2 / PTCDI) -CuPc were explained.

摘要: 采用水热法制备了?二酰亚胺(PTCDI) 敏化的光催化剂 TiO2/ PTCDI 以及 PTCDI 和酞菁铜( CuPc) 共敏化的可见光光催化剂(TiO2/ PTCDI) -CuPc。利用 XRD, TEM 和 UV-Vis 光谱对催化剂进行表面形貌和结构表征。以罗丹明 B 的光催化降解为模型反应, 考察敏化样品的可见光光催化性能。研究表 明染料共敏化样品( TiO2 / PTCDI) - CuPc 的活性比TiO2和 TiO2 / PTCDI 分别提高了223% 和 113% 。应用能带结构理论, 阐明了TiO2 / PTCDI 和( TiO2 / PTCDI) -CuPc 的光生电子转移路径和光催化降解机理。
