Abstract: This article introduces the conventional way of identifying the pearls. A nondestructive identifying way is also showed by means of FT-IR. The appearance of the apex in 1472cm^-1 and the changes of the apexes involved with protein in FT-IR are the keys of identification for pearls.

摘要： 介绍了珍珠的常规鉴定方法并以傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FT-IR)为手段对珍珠进行无损鉴定。根据红外光谱线在1472cm^-1(±)的吸收峰出现与否以及与蛋白质有关的谱峰的变化可以有效地对珍珠进行鉴定。
