城市固体废物处理处置技术政策方法Ⅰ. 模型研究

Abstract: The aim of this study is to identify the pollution control technology system of municipal solid waste (MSW), and to provide a practical method of technology choosing of MSW treatment and disposal. Five main elements (C, H, O, N, S) were chosen to analyze the material and elementary flow of MSW by integrating the key technologies of MSW treatment and disposal. Many analysis methods such as Analytic Utility Process, Analytic Hierarchy Process, Analytic Uncertainty Process and Analytic Information Integration Process, were used to construct a material flow and economy optimization model. The assumed conditions, boundary conditions and initial conditions were defined, and the methods of Mento-Carlo numerical simulation and sensitivity analysis were studied. The optimization method can be used practically in the decision making of MSW treatment and disposal technology.

摘要: 为了研究城市固体废物污染控制技术体系,提出适合我国国情的城市固体废物处理处置技术政策制定方法,通过整合集成固体废物处理处置关键技术,选择了C、H、O、N、S 5种最主要的元素对固体废物物质流和元素流进行分析,综合了效用分析法、层次分析法、信息集成分析法和灵敏度分析法等多种方法,建立了物质流与经济性综合评价最优化模型,给出了模型的假设条件、边界条件和初始条件,并确定了蒙特卡罗数值求解方法和灵敏度参数分析方法。本研究提出的最优化方法可为我国城市固体废物处理处置技术政策的制定提供实际有效的技术支持。
