Abstract: According to the literatures on industrial heritage published by the international organizations concerning the World Heritage, the author elaborates the origin of protecting industrial heritages and its current situation, and analyzes the industrial properties in the World Heritage List, and then ? basing on such a study on the global background ? points out the specialties of Chinese industrial heritage and suggests the strategy ideas for protecting and managing Chinese Industrial Heritage.

摘要： 根据世界遗产国际组织所公布的有关工业遗产的文献，阐述了国际工业遗产保护的缘起与现状，对历年入录世界遗产名录的工业遗产进行了时空分析，在此全球背景研究的基础上，指出了中国工业遗产的4个特点，并提出了中国工业遗产保护与管理战略的建议。
