口腔生物力学问题有限元分析的研究进展

Abstract: Finite element method (FEM) is an effective analyzing method in the simulation of the mechanical behavior of human body. An overview of the application of the FEM in dental biomechanics is provided, including the mechanical simulation of the dental tissues and the optimization of the instruments. Some shortcomings and the extensive research about the reconstruction and related analysis are generalized while the methods, tools and material assumptions are reviewed.

摘要: 有限元法(FEM)是对人体的力学行为进行数值模拟的一种有效工具,综述了有限元分析法在解决口腔生物力学问题中的研究进展, 包括口腔组织力学模型的建立、口腔正畸、口腔修复、口腔种植、口腔内科学、口腔颅颌面外科等领域和口腔医疗器械的力学性能评价及优化设计;总结了口腔领域国内外学者建立各种有限元模型的方法、分析工具、材料假设及研究内容,为进一步研究提供参考和借鉴;指出了有限元法在口腔生物力学中应用的特点和不足以及模型重建和相关分析中需进一步改进和深入研究的问题。
