Studies on the Catalytic Behaviors of NaBr/KZSM-5 Catalyst for the Oxidative Methylation of Toluene with Methane

NaBr/KZSM-5催化剂在甲苯氧化甲基化反应中的催化性能

Abstract: The effects of NaBr loading, reaction temperature and contact time on the catalytic behaviors of NaBr-promoted KZSM-5 zeolite for the oxidative methylation of toluene (OMT) were investigated systematically. It was found that the KZSM-5 zeolite catalyst promoted with proper NaBr loading was a very effective catalyst for the OMT. The optimum conditions for the OMT were found. The structure of catalysts have been characterized by XRD and framework IR. It was found that KZSM-5 zeolite exhibited excellent catalytic activity for the OMT and heat stability.

摘要: 对NaBr/KZSM-5催化剂分别从NaBr负载量、反应温度及空速对甲苯氧化甲基化(OMT)反应性能即分别从甲苯转化率、C8化合物的选择性及ST/EB值等方面的影响进行了系统的考察,发现NaBr/KZSM-5催化剂对OMT反应活性较高,适当的NaBr负载量能提高OMT反应活性,并能获得苯乙烯含量很高的C8芳烃产物。找出了OMT反应合适的反应温区及适宜的空速。用XRD、骨架IR研究了催化剂的结构。
