查尔酮合酶基因在植物防御反应中的调控作用

Abstract: This article presents the relationship between the Chalcone Synthase(CHS) gene and pathogens in the defense response of higher plants. According to recent results, we discussed the interaction between cis-acting elements and trans-acting factors related to inducible expression, demonstrated the important role played by CHS gene in the defense response of higher plants against pathogens.

摘要: 论述了查尔酮合酶基因(chs)在植物防御反应中与病原物的相互关系,探讨了与查尔酮合酶因诱导表达相关的顺式作用元件和反式作用因子及其DNA-蛋白质间的相互作用,阐明其在植物抗病性防御反应中的重要作用。
