Microscopic Fluorescence Image Analysis System and Application on Optical Microcavity

显微荧光图像分析系统及其在光学微腔中的应用

Abstract: The acquisition and digital analysis system of microscopic fluorescence image and their application on the study of organic optical microcavity were presented. A luminescence image of a rare-earth complex organic optical microdisk with radius of 0.000009m has been observed. The dominant Whispering-Gallery mode in this microdisk was demonstrated.

摘要: 给出作者研制成功的显微荧光图像采集和数字分析系统及其在有机光学微腔研究中的应用。利用这一系统观测和分析了稀土铕配合物组成的半径为9μm的稀土配合物有机光学微盘的荧光图像,并证实了在这种光学微盘中占优势的回音壁光学模式。
