Abstract: Osteoporosis is the most commonly occurred metabolic bone disease. Osteoporotic fractures are a major cause of morbidity and mortality in elderly populations in many parts of the world. As the coming of old age society, the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis has become an urgent problem. The cathepsin L antagonists can effectively inhibit bone resorption, so it has a good prospect of treating osteoporosis. This article reviewed the progress of antiosteoporosis research of cathepsin L antagonists.

摘要: 组织蛋白酶L的小分子抑制剂能有效地抑制骨吸收,抗骨质疏松作用明显。这些小分子抑制剂主要包括肽基环氧化物、肽基重氮甲烷、肽醛和肽基卤甲烷,此外肽腈、肽基迈克尔受体等的研究近年来也得到人们的关注。
