Abstract: Antitumor assay experiments showed that some antigenic peptides of glutathione S-transferases of schistosoma could inhibit the proliferation of several human tumor cell strains with satisfied inhibitive rates by the tetrazolium salt MTT (3-(4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2, 5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide) colorimetric assay method.
