Abstract: Viral supernatant of co-transfected sf9 cells is diluted to make cells infected by a single recombinant virus. Because only the recombinant virus express fibrinolysis-active products, it can be screened by measuring activity of medium of transfected sf9 cells. After two turns of screening, we isolated the pure recombinant virus. Compared with the plaque assay usually used in Baculovirus expression system, this method is more convenient and efficient.
