色素及混合型结石组成的研究

Abstract: Human pigment gallstones are complicated in both composition and structure. We examined the cross-sectional surface of three typical pigment gallstones with scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive x-ray micro-analysis and FTIR. The results demonstrate that the composition varied with the different gallstones and the different areas in the gallstone and calcium bilirubinate complex present in these gallstones exhibit non-stoichiometric character.

摘要: 色素及混合型结石是两类发病率高,且难于治疗的胆结石。利用红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜及能谱(EDAX)对3例典型的色素及混合型结石进行了观察和研究。研究表明不同结石及结石中不同区域结石的组成不同,并且其主要成分胆红素钙具有非化学计量的性质。
